24th of April 2017 ABET Senior Officer Dr. Hashemipour hold a meeting with the heads of Computer Science and Electrical and Electronics Engineering Departments. They Discussed few issues concerning the ABET accreditation. Dr. Hashemipour pointed out that it is important to have a prerequisite chart in the Preliminary Self-Study Report and and explained how those charts are usually done. Few examples were also discussed. Dr. Hashemipour also suggested that in the curriculum there should be only one number identifying the minimum percentage of General Education. Because Computer Science Department thought it would be better to show the range of percentages that student can satisfy his/her General Education requirements. They also discussed upcoming expert visit and how to prepare questions and presentations for it.
